Kate bought Ralph at the end of 2024, as a 4yo, who had jumped with Eoin Brennan.
Ralph has done some growing this spring, but is about to start his eventing career, and will look to get some BE100 form before tackling the National 5YO Championships later in the year.
Ralph is a fairly light weight model, with three fabulous paces. He has an hugely rangy canter stride, but always remains adjustable and is very quick and clever in front of his fences. He is never spooky and always brave, but remains careful in all he does. With some time to mature, we think this horse could go a long way with a professional or an amateur, and is highly likely to be very competitive along the way.
