Candy is a lovely mare was produced by Cooley Farm during her 5 year old year. Maria and Izzy Rees bought her in the summer of her 6yo year and she moved to DE HQ in the autumn of 2023.
Candy got some great BE100 runs under her belt before the end of the 2023 season, and was always double clear and in the top few placings.
This cracking mare has really matured and grown over the winter and is heading into the 2024 season in great shape. She will step up to Novice level early this spring and look to consolidate on this form throughout the spring, before turning her sights to some international and Intermediate runs.
Candy’s lovely attitude coupled with bags of talent means we have high hopes for her. Between university commitments, Izzy will be helping with Candy’s fitness and event preparation. Kate adores jumping Candy and has been so impressed by her attitude and how hard she always seems to try. We are all very excited about the journey ahead!
