This stunning little horse is by Hector and out of a Corland mother.
Maggie competed in jumping shows in Ireland as a 4yo in 2021. After a well deserved winter break, Maggie had a fantastic first season eventing as a 5yo in 2022. She flew around her first unaffiliated event to place 2nd and went on to consistently place at BE100 level. She placed 2nd in a 5YO qualifier, and rounded off the season at the National 5YO Championships, where she put in a great performance in all three phases. In 2023 as a 6yo, Maggie upgraded to Novice level in the spring and jumped into some good placings throughout the season, and made nothing of the National 6YO Championships 2* track. Maggie’s 7yo summer was a quieter one than we had planned with a string of silly set backs, but she rounded off the year as well as ever and had a super winter training.
Maggie has had a brilliant 2025 season so far, placing at Novice and IN level. She will work towards a L2* and upgrading to Intermediate level this summer, and is sure to be very competitive along the way.
This mare has a faultless attitude and is incredibly genuine and kind in all that she does. Despite her size, she has big, expressive movement and is a pleasure to sit on. Her athleticism makes jumping a big fence effortless and she is both brave and careful. She is incredibly genuine at her fences and would look after any rider on any stride! This makes her suitable for a junior or young rider to continue producing at any level, and they are sure to enjoy much success along the way!
