Purdey was purchased out of Cooley Farm in May 2026, with the guidance of Sue and Kate, for Justine to produce to compete herself.
In the winter of her 4 year old year Purdey mainly SJ in Ireland, having success in the 4YO age classes over there. This year, she has been quietly produced and educated by Justine with the support of the whole DE team. Justine’s patience and time to strength, train and build a strong partnership with Purdey stands them in good stead for 2027, when they hope to get out eventing. Over the years, Justine hopes to reach CCIS-1/2* with this lovely mare.
Purdey is a wonderful horse, she combines quality and athleticism with her calm level nature and we really look forward to supporting this combination through their career together.
