Kate bought Milo from Ronan Rothwell’s Boleybawn Stables Auction as an unbroken 3yo, having originally bred by show jumper Greg Broderick at Ballypatrick Stables. He is by Conthargos and out of a Clover Brigade / Irco Mena dam. Milo was broken in the spring of 2025 and came over to DE HQ late summer last year.
Milo made great progress as a 4yo and is an exceptionally quick learner. Kate and Ivy will work together on this talented horse and we look forward to getting him out eventing in 2026, where he will work towards a (hopefully!) competitive result at Cornbury House’s National 5YO Championships.
This exceptionally athletic horse with a great brain has the ingredients to make a top prospect. Milo works very naturally in all three phases and we hope he will be very competitive on the eventing circuit in 2026 and beyond.
