This lovely, kind horse was bought out of an Irish jumping yard at the end of 2024, having competed at the World 5YO Championships that autumn with Vincent Byrne.
Kate has taken her time with Harley this spring, as he turns his talents to eventing, but we are in no doubt he will sail up the levels this summer and hope to be a competitive at the National 6YO Champs this autumn.
Harley is a compact and classy looking model, with an incredible engine. Although he doesn’t have the biggest of trots, he is very rideable and rhythmical, and when he learns to harness all his power, we think the dressage judges will reward his attacking, uphill and forward way of going. He has scope to burn and has been incredibly brave cross country, taking to it like a natural. We are excited to see what he can achieve over the coming years.
