This striking big horse was bought as an unbacked 4 year old and spent the rest of that year maturing in the field. He got off to a slower start than planned last spring with a nasty skin infection. But having more of his 5yo year without much physical pressure was probably no bad thing for this tall and powerful horse, and Toby had a great autumn looking pure class around his BE100s. He clocked up numerous Novice double clears as a 6yo and rounded the season off with an impressive 4th place at a CCI-YHS2*. This horse simply oozes talent and potential in is a proper star in the making. Dassett Empire has now been sold to the USA, through Mike and Emma Winter at Wayfarer Eventing, and we are so excited to see this future star develop in his new home.
