Dylan is a homebred gelding by Castlefield Kingston and out of our beautiful Sekio mare, Dassett Leading Lady. As with many of the Dassett youngstock, he was born in Ireland and grew up and started life at Cooley Farm. He made the journey over to Dassett Eventing in December 2025.
Dylan has made a fantastic start to his eventing career in 2026, gaining valuable experience, developing his confidence and learning his trade along the way. He has produced some super double clears and has come home from every outing with a huge smile on his face. His progress throughout the season has been incredible, and he has taken to eventing so naturally that it really feels like he was born to be an event horse. Dylan has certainly earned his winter break, and we are already looking forward to getting him back out competing in 2027. We are excited to see what the future holds for this talented young horse.
Dylan is a very light weight, smart, athletic horse with a lovely nature. We hope he has the talent an attitude his mother had, and we can’t wait to see what is to come!
